Mold-Masters Introduces the Fusion-Series™ Mold-Masters Limited introduces the new Fusion-Series™. The Fusion-Series™ represents Mold-Masters substantial expansion into products and technology aimed at large part molding.
Features include nozzles up to 32” (800 mm) in length, bore sizes up to 1” (25 mm), and handling shot weights up to 3500 g per nozzle. The Fusion-Series™ line is available with a variety of gating methods – hot tip, sprue or valve gate. Dual thermocouples (primary & secondary) are utilized for the nozzle and manifold heaters. Utilizing a modular concept, the Fusion-Series™ hot runner system is ideal for the automotive and large part industries.
