They provides advantages over other temperature modules, such as: lower cost per channel due to multi-channel configuration, smaller size and easier installation, no configuration required, higher response speed and a more reliable signal. The Lynx Quad Temperature Terminal Block Module with terminal block type connection provides input for a broad range of thermocouples. Two models are available for either Type J or Type K thermocouples. Some applications that can be monitored include: barrel/mold/nozzle temperature, coolant and dryer temperature.
UGS No Cost Solid Edge 2D Program Goes Global
The announcement is part of a continuing effort by UGS to help users around the globe “Evolve to 3D” CAD software by providing them access to no cost 2D design and drafting to begin the transition. There is no cost to download or license the software. Optional support and automatic upgrades are available for a nominal fee.
