PRIAMUS Breaks New Ground with PRISOLARIS  

PRIAMUS takes its popular cavity temp-erature sensors a step forward by offer-ing the new PRISOLARIS temperature sensors. These sensors control the injection molding process without touching the injection molded part.  

The sensor is mounted under the surface and offers a number of new possibilities and applications. Hot runner applications, where a sensor mark is not acceptable (for example on optical or cosmetic parts) can now be balanced with the PRIAMUS Fill system. 

In addition, with the automatic switchover process of PRIAMUS, the position of the melt front at switchover is always known. PRISOLARIS sensors detect the melt front without contacting the part. 

PRISOLARIS sensors avoid flashing, they experience no abrasion and there is no front machining necessary, making it economical to use. In addition, there is no leakage and the sensors are easy to use.

The HASCO Hot Base is the first high performance mold base platform that combines a complete standard or custom machined mold frame with HASCO Hot Runner Systems. The HASCO Hot Base can be easily equipped with HASCO components and accessories as well as all precision components used by the leading international tool suppliers.

 The HASCO Hot Base is an individually engineered platform, fully designed to customers’ specific needs. It is delivered, tested and assembly ready for installation of cavity and core plates or inserts.  The Hot Base platform is completely flexible. Specialty mold base designs including side entry, multi-material, high cavitation and stack tooling are available. 
 

INCOE’s New DF GOLD Product Catalogs designed to Support Global Markets  

INCOE has developed a series of new multi language product catalogs in support of their latest hot runner systems, the DF GOLD series. Three catalogs containing identical design information cover seven languages improving support to customers across multiple markets. English plus two languages are specific to each catalog and region providing a compact, user friendly design and specification tool.
