Integrally Heated Hot Sprue Bushings
Attributed to its integrally heated design, the new product possesses superior heat transfer capability, resulting in a more uniform heat profile. Its replaceable thermocouple strategically located near the melt flow channel optimizes processing conditions for all thermoplastics. With a 0.187” flow diameter, this product is offered in two head styles and two gate styles to suit a broad range of applications. Other radii head options are available upon special request. In addition, the Sprue Bushing is not only ideal for small mold bases, but also for DMEs MUD quick-change systems.
