Mold-Masters Announces New Hot Runner Options, Temperature Controller

Mold-Masters now offers it flagship Master-Series product line with options for base level applications to provide a more cost effective hot runner solution.

To compliment the new hot runner options, Mold-Masters also introduces a new feature packed, compact and cost effective hot runner temperature controller. The TempMaster-Series™ XL-6 features the first temperature controller with six zones on a single card. Other temperature controllers limit the number of zones to one per card. This creates substantial space and cost saving benefits for the user. This new capability is achieved while maintaining the high performance features and benefits of the popular XL line of temperature controllers.

Comprehensive Test Equipment for Cavity Pressure and Temperature Sensors  

The PRIAMUS Signal Tester type 8951A is comprehensive test equipment for piezoelectric cavity pressure and cavity temperature sensors.  In addition to the display of the actual pressure and temperature values, the possibilities are endless for onsite testing of many measuring signals.  This includes an insulation test for all piezoelectric sensors as well as a check of the sensitivity detection of PRIASED cavity pressure sensors.  

In addition, an automatic sensitivity inspection of the mounted pressure sensors can be made or it can be checked with a test pin if one or several of the integrated quartz crystals are working. The tester is equipped with further functions like checking the polarity of temperature sensors or a short circuit test for all kinds of other sensors. 

The Signal Tester type 8951A runs with a battery and is very user-friendly.  The ergonomic handheld device allows for easy operation with a keypad and values are easy to read in a text display.
