MACO Breeze IIc Control System Provides Precise Parison Control

Blow molders looking to optimize equipment to boost productivity are looking to Eurotherm’s MACO Compact Breeze IIc  parison only control system for adaptability to existing machinery, improved productivity,  and ease of operation.   Eurotherm is now offering the Breeze IIc system in a new, low-cost, package.

The new Breeze IIc system is a totally integrated, expandable control upgrade that is preconfigured for most blow molding applications and factory programmed based on user specifications.  The system is set-up for immediate and simple installation. Its 100-point parison profile and adaptable retrofitting capabilities allow for consistent wall thickness control which results in improved product quality and reduced costs.

With an easy-to-use operator interface that reports parison profile variances in real time, the system offers flexible reporting options by allowing the user to quickly modify the profile and compare it to the actual process value. The entered profiles can then be stored internally or on removable USB memory sticks.

Improved security options are also offered, with separate administrator and operator status panels for either complete set-up access or operation status only.

New Techno Economy Tooling Line Creates an Affordable Start for Novice Router Users

Techno, Inc. CNC Cutting Tools has announced the start of a New Economy Tooling Line of CNC router bits for use by novice CNC router users that want to reduce the cost of replacement tools while they are gaining knowledge on how to cut properly. These hand-picked tools include a variety of Flat and Ball End Mills that are available in both standard and long lengths.

“Our new economy tooling line is ideal for any novice CNC router operator who has just begun to cut on a machine. They help adjust to the “learning curve” more efficiently by giving users the peace of mind when it comes to cost,” says CNC Cutting Tools Sales Manager, Ray Jakas. “Once they feel comfortable using the economy tools, users can purchase more expensive, higher quality and longer life versions without fear of breaking them midway through a project.”

Currently there are nine different cutting edge length options ranging from 3/32" up to 3" available through the Techno CNC Cutting Tools eStore.  All are made of solid carbide, making them very resistant to heat while keeping a sharp cutting edge.
