ADDITIONAL PRODUCT NEWS PartMaker 2010 a ‘Leap in Technology’

Second Generation NanoMoldCoating Announced
NanoMoldCoating can facilitate a part release for up to and in many cases exceeding 300,000 cycles per application, depending upon the molded material, fillers, mold design, material flow rate and pressures. NanoMoldCoating can be used for virtually any molded material and is resistant to most common cleaners and degreasers.
New High Performance Lubricant for
Unlike many of the EP packages used in high performance fluids, CYCLE HD has no harmful additives. The fluid performs well in sawing, drilling, milling, tapping, and turning applications and is versatile enough to use when cutting carbon, stainless, tool and mold steels, nickel alloys, as well as aluminum and non-ferrous materials. Its unique formula increases performance without harmful additives like chlorine, silicone, nitrites, and sulphur – making it a better solution for the environment and easier to dispose of with conventional techniques. The new solution has been engineered to provide exceptional lubrication and long-term stability. Its superior resistance to bacteria leads to longer sump life and odor control. The fluid is also prepared with smaller oil droplets that prevent separation of the oil from water which, in-turn, leads to a more stable emulsion.
